Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that not everything always goes according to plan. That's why we've created these cancellation, refund and replacement policies for you.

Order processing and delivery address

Customers have the right to change the delivery address and order details for their order before it is dispatched.

New orders are automatically forwarded to our fulfilment and logistics centre and processed within 1-3 days, after which you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you wish to change the address or other details, please email us at support@wunderladenstore.de and we will be happy to assist you if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Exchange & Refund

Our exchange and refund policy is valid for 30 days after the arrival of the goods.

We can only offer you a free replacement or refund if the following criteria are met:

1. the item is faulty - damaged / broken or soiled on arrival
2. we have sent the wrong item - size, style, colour
3. the order has been lost in transit (over 60 days in transit).

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Please email us a photo of the item(s) showing the damage or wrong size/style/colour.

Our team will review the photos before issuing a replacement or refund.
Orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, long absence or missed collection from the parcel office are not subject to any right of replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if the above criteria are not met.

Buyers cannot request a replacement or refund 30 days after receipt of the items.

Delayed or no refund (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please contact us. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted to your credit card statement. It may take up to 5-10 business days.
