We offer shipping to Germany, Austria & Switzerland

Every order is insured and can be tracked through the delivery services we use.

We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland to ensure that we offer you the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

When will I receive my shopping spree shipment?

We have recently improved our logistics. For orders placed after 1 December 2021, the order delivery timeframe is split into two parts:

Processing time: Order checking, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for shipment within 48 hours of order placement. The warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 1-3 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. After processing and leaving the international warehouse, items usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive at their destination. Please allow for slight delays in delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, natural disasters, local regulations, etc.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over 49,99€ are free of shipping costs. Orders up to 49,99€ are subject to 3,99€ shipping costs. Any additional shipping costs, such as customs duties, are beyond our control and may have to be paid by the customer.
